The purpose of this safety plan is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests during all tours operated in Iceland. The guide reserves the right to modify or cancel tours if conditions are considered unsafe.

• Check weather forecasts on vedur.is• Check road conditions on road.is• Monitor SafeTravel warnings• Inform guests about risks and safety rules• Carry a first aid kit and emergency equipment• Cancel or modify tours in unsafe conditions• Maintain communication access during tours
4. General Risk Assessment
Main risks during tours include:• Strong wind• Snow and ice on walking paths• Sudden weather changes• Road closures• Slippery rocks near waterfalls• Sneaker waves at black sand beaches• Volcanic and geothermal activityRisk prevention measures:• Guests receive information in advance about suitable clothing and footwear• Dangerous areas are avoided during severe weather• Routes may be modified or cancelled if necessary• Guests receive verbal safety instructions during the tour
